1. General Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as fair as possible to both our travelers and our local partners.

2. Free Cancellation

Most of our tours and activities offer Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Late Cancellations

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time.
  • No-shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled tour or activity, no refund will be issued.

4. Multi-Day Tours & Special Packages

Some multi-day tours or specialized packages may have different cancellation rules (e.g., 7 days or 30 days notice). These specific rules will always be clearly stated on the tour details page and in your booking confirmation.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the booking. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

6. Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that a service provider cancels your tour (e.g., due to extreme weather or safety concerns), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
